Dare to do the EXTREME! This warm winter is not stopping us from ice climbing this year! We are heading further up north to the Upper Peninsula in Munising, MI. If you've ever dreamed of swinging ice axes and climbing frozen waterfalls, you won't want to miss this trip. We will be climbing in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore right on the bay of Lake Superior. This is a stellar area with an immense amount of falls to climb and not to mention a gorgeous area. No experience necessary. You will learn how to tie your own knots, belay and proper ice climbing technique.

We will be meeting at the Near North Campus on Friday (1001 N.Crosby, Chicago, IL US 60610)

Where: Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Munising, MI

Cost: $130 (includes gear, hotel stay, snacks, 2 breakfasts, 1 dinner)*We will be carpooling up there so the cost does not include gas. Please bring extra cash for dinner Friday night and Sunday night.
