How you met Jesus: My mom prayed really hard and a significant amount of really good men showed me what it meant to be broken, honest, and redeemed. Christ drew me hard and to be honest still is.

411 on the Kerr family: Married to Rachel...she is a grace to me. We have two girls...Madeline Rose & Claire Lane...live in Lincoln Park...we love traveling, exploring cities, the beach, good art, honest music, and we love the people whom God has put in our way in this life...our friends and our family.  

What you do: I teach. I work with the professional community at Park helping them figure out life in the city, life callings, kingdom influence, and how God requires us to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God.

Your dream for Park: To preach the Gospel faithfully. To identify, connect, and encourage the community at Park to live God's design for life.To create magnificent culture and stop injustice in this city of Chicago.

What you love about Park: The people. The leadership. The vision. The sincerity.

Before Park... I did a little bit of everything...a pastor, a professor, a consultant, a speaker, and mostly a man trying to figure out life...the last one will always be me.

Hobbies: hanging with my kids...running...music...travel...friends.

Favorite Bible Verse: Philippians 1:6, "He who began a good work in you will bring it unto completion..."I hang onto this verse because I have so far to go...and his grace sustains me.
